Reservations

• - Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Masaya.
• - For large groups or special events, advance payment or a deposit may be required.
• - Late arrivals beyond the reserved time may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Age Policy

• - Guests must be 21 years or older to consume alcoholic beverages.
• - Valid government-issued ID may be required for age verification.

Dress Code

Masaya maintains a smart casual dress code. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests not complying with the venue’s standards.

Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. Masaya reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest engaging in:

Events & Entertainment

• - Music, performances, and events may be photographed or recorded.
• - By entering the venue, guests may appear in promotional media.

Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property, furniture, or equipment and may be liable for repair or replacement costs.

Outside Food & Beverages

Outside food or beverages are not permitted unless approved in advance by management.

Cancellation Policy

• - Reservation cancellations may be subject to time restrictions depending on the booking type.
• - Deposits for special events may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Liability

Masaya is not responsible for:

• - Loss of personal belongings
• - Injuries caused by negligence or misconduct of guests
